Introduction

Do you find yourself feeling lost in worry and self doubt, longing for change but struggling to break old unhelpful patterns? If you do, I want you to know you don’t have to face these things alone. I help my clients to connect with their own inner wisdom and heal through mindfulness and somatic based practices. I am committed to creating a safe space for you, where we can get to the roots of the challenges you're experiencing, and utilize practices and resources that will help you build confidence, reconnect with your whole and authentic self, and create meaningful lasting change. My approach to therapy is very collaborative, and I believe you are the expert in your experience and story. I follow where you lead, and support you there. I use somatic-based and trauma informed therapy modalities in my practice, including SomEx ( a modality that blends somatic and experiential therapy), IFS and Brainspotting. I have been practicing therapy for 6 years, and I am licensed in the state of Tennessee. I would be so honored to support you, and walk with you, in your healing journey.
