Introduction

I graduated from Eastern Washington University in 2017 with my Master's degree in Social Work. I worked in community mental health for 4 years before opening my private practice in 2021. I work with clients who are struggling with anxiety, agoraphobia, panic attacks, depression, and posttraumatic stress. I believe in tackling problems using a collaborative approach, meeting people where they are, and working alongside them to help them learn, heal, and grow. I offer an affirming, grounded space where you can show up exactly as you are. I draw from CBT, DBT, exposure therapy, motivational interviewing, and EMDR to help clients move through challenges with practical tools, deeper insight, and lasting change. Therapy is hard work, and I believe the relationship we build is at the center of that process. I bring warmth, honesty, and humor when it fits. My style is down-to-earth and real, focused on helping you feel safe enough to do meaningful work. I look forward to meeting you!
