As an Existential-Phenomenological psychotherapist, I carry my work through presence, authenticity, and relationality. I am dedicated to helping you live your best life, embrace uncertainty, live authentically, overcome anxiety & depression, process grief & loss, & confront existential concerns. I help driven creatives and influential professionals slow down, understand themselves deeply, make meaning, navigate transitions with clarity, and repair the emotional world behind achievement. I work with those who are in relationships that no longer serve them & prevent them from becoming their best selves. Those who are ready to file for divorce, just filed, or are contemplating leaving their partner, or those who are wanting to fix it. I also work with people who are in healthy relationships and are wanting to communicate more effectively with their partner, want to do the work on themselves to have a better relationship. Also those who are wanting to make more space in their lives for their partner, integrating their partner into their life more. Navigating conflict healthily, setting boundaries, and much more. Those who feel they must know what will happen in the future. People who have a creative passion but do not make space in their lives for it to flourish. Those who do not leave space in their lives for themselves. People who suffer from writer's block, experience self-doubt, perfectionism, lack of motivation, strive to be productive, never complete projects, fear being successful, & fear failing. I help those who have an overwhelming sense of sadness, negative self-talk, lack of trust in self & others. Are you willing to experience the same thing you are today, a year from now? This is not how your life has to be lived. You are powerful and I am here to walk with you through this. The biggest changes in life are our most profound transformations and become pivotal monuments in our lived narrative. Are you ready to change your life? I often see clients for years. Even if nothing severe is occurring in your life it is helpful to remain in therapy because life will always give us an unexpected challenge to face along the way. Even if I didn't make money doing this, I would still do this work. It is my calling.
