Introduction

I believe therapy is one of the most meaningful investments we can make in ourselves. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe to slow down, explore your experiences with curiosity, and begin building a life that feels more connected, authentic, and fulfilling. I work with adults in Denver navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, perfectionism, and questions of identity or purpose. Many of my clients have spent years taking care of others, striving to meet expectations, or feeling stuck in patterns they no longer want to carry. Together, we'll work to better understand these patterns, strengthen your relationship with yourself, and develop practical tools that support lasting change. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and evidence-based, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic approaches, and mindfulness practices. I believe healing happens not only through insight, but through experiencing new ways of relating to yourself with greater self-compassion and intention. My path into counseling has included work in outpatient mental health, hospital settings, and residential treatment, allowing me to support individuals facing a wide range of challenges. These experiences have deepened my belief that every person's story deserves to be met with empathy, respect, and hope. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, processing a difficult season, or simply longing to understand yourself more deeply, I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
