Introduction

I engage clients in session through the implementation of a variety of evidence based therapeutic interventions based on their individualized needs. Clients are guided in the exploration and discovery of their untapped potential and they are provided with practical and emotional feedback relative to their presenting problem. I provide active listening and promote guidance to clients who are inhibited by traumatic life experiences, negative life encounters and self-limiting belief system to learn effective ways of harnessing the courage and motivation to transform their ways of thinking and gain insight to new perspectives to navigate their lives and overcome the obstacles that inhibit their success in various domains of their lives.
