Introduction

Life can be hard. Relationships are complicated. Everyone faces obstacles. Sometimes we just need someone to listen and help us recognize ways to move through our struggles. Wherever you are and whatever your issues, there is hope! Step by step, I will walk with you in your healing journey, as you work through your thoughts, feelings and circumstances towards a better tomorrow. No matter what you're dealing with and no matter how you feel right now, don't give up! I can help you learn healthy ways to get through and move forward, no matter how long you've been struggling. Be brave and take the first step towards a new beginning. I am experienced in helping persons with mood struggles (depression, anxiety, bipolar, OCD), neuro-divergent issues (ADHD, Autism, IDD), grief/loss, PTSD/trauma, suicidal thoughts, addiction, thought challenges (schizophrenia, dissociative, other psychosis), as well as everyday stressors from work, school, kids, relationships, and everything in between. Whether you need just someone to listen or help you move through major life issues, I hope you'll reach out and take the first step in beginning your healing journey. Never lose hope and never give up!
