Introduction

Now accepting new clients at a reduced fee. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of what comes next, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I work with adults, couples, and teens using a person-centered, attachment-based approach. Together, we’ll create a safe, supportive space to explore what you’re carrying, understand your patterns, build on your strengths, and develop tools for coping and connection. I support clients through life transitions, relationship challenges, identity development, grief, loss, and emotional pain. My hope is to walk alongside you as you find your footing and move toward healing. I offer individual, and couples counseling for people who are navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, identity development, grief, loss, and emotional pain. If life is just hard to manage, and you feel alone and stuck, my goal is to help you feel connected, grow in insight, strengthen coping skills, and journey with you on your road to healing. It can be hard to put into words what you’re carrying, or to know where to begin. You don’t have to have it all figured out. I’m here to sit with you, listen, and support you as you begin to make sense of your experience and find your way forward.
