Introduction

You are likely here because you are stuck, struggling, or want something different in your life. For over a decade I’ve helped people to better understand themselves and their relationships so that they can lead more vital and fulfilling lives, unburdened by fear and shame. Everyone deserves a time and a place to understand their internal world, heal from painful experiences, and move towards finding more meaning in their lives and relationships. I work with a broad range of adults from adolescents to seniors. Some of the issues I especially enjoy working with include: perfectionism, grief and loss, childhood wounds, and OCD. I am trained in psychodynamic therapy, ERP, EMDR and IFS informed. Please reach out if you'd like to get started!
