Introduction

I offer a safe, calm, and compassionate space where clients can explore their experiences, strengthen relationships, and reconnect with their authentic selves. As a Registered Art Therapist, Clinical Supervisor, and licensed mental health counselor with over 14 years of experience, I specialize in helping individuals heal from trauma, domestic violence, victimization, boundary challenges, anxiety, and life transitions. Trained in EMDR, I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches—including EMDR, art therapy, CBT, DBT, and Internal Family Systems (IFS)—to support each client's unique healing journey. My work is deeply client-centered and informed by my own healing journey, allowing me to bring empathy, authenticity, and hope to the therapeutic process. Together, we can build self-awareness, resilience, and lasting change.
