Dr Jones is a psychologist in private practice for over 20 years. She works with adults and couples who are interested in better understanding themselves and making thoughtful, intentional changes in their lives. Her approach leans into Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as well as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
