Congratulations to you for taking this initial step forward into your wellness journey. Through compassion, empathy, and attention, I provide a safe space for you to flourish and to grow as you address and heal your wounded parts. By establishing a warm and welcoming space, my goal is to help you to reach tangible goals and to have meaningful transformation. Together, we will do the required work to improve relationship to oneself so you can show up as your true authentic self. I see therapy as teamwork and it is my goal to partner with you through your journey. I enjoy using a variety of treatment approaches including CBT, trauma-informed therapy, DBT, person-centered, attachment based therapy, and strengths-based approach. With diverse individual and group counseling experience including work with adult survivors of trauma, at-risk youth, couples in crisis and families in turmoil, we will be able to encourage change that allows people to identify and stand in their truth and be their best self.
