Hello! Thank you for visiting! Mrs. Viridiana Rubio is trained in evidence based practices and client centered approaches that allows her to guide people into self compassion, self care, self love and ultimately healing. She provides guidance, teachings and ways to change perspective in order to achieve the highest level of mental health. These tools are intended to be life long resources for a person dealing with life's anxieties, losses, changes and traumas of all types. When in relationship with others, there is a complexity that often needs help in navigating, therapy is a great resource. If you are ready to take the step towards self growth, email or call! I consider the 3 main parts of a person when helping them further their understanding of themselves and the world. These parts are the physical, mental and spiritual. Everything we go through is recorded on to the body then we generate beliefs about those experiences in our mind and if maladaptation occurs we disconnect. Let's help reconnect you. We are meant to be holistic beings on this earth. If you find yourself in a disconnected, vacant, dark, scared place; now is the time to return back to yourself and heal.
