Introduction

Hi, I'm Ashlyn. Many of the women I work with are used to being the ones that everyone depends on. I, myself, am one of those women so I see you! I have been practicing outpatient therapy since I was an intern in my Masters program in 2012. I have worked with a variety of individuals (children, parents, families, couples, high-achieving professionals, fellow therapists and more). However, I truly feel I found my calling when I began working with women and mothers. I am especially passionate about working with women during the perinatal period (family planning, infertility, pregnancy loss, pregnancy, postpartum, birth trauma, adjusting to a new baby and anything surrounding this transformative period in an individuals's life). So if you are an overwhelmed, high-achieving female, a new mama, or just a woman trying her best to navigate this stressful world in which we live, you likely just found your match! I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, process what you're carrying and reconnect with yourself. Together, we will explore what's keeping you stuck, build practical tools for coping, and help you move toward a life that feels more balanced, fulfilling and authentic. Whatever your vision of wellness is - I want to support you in achieving just that :)
