Introduction

At Viva You Counseling & Consulting, LLC, we provide individual, couple, family, and group therapy services that guide clients towards opportunities for positive change. We work with clients to develop personal skills and techniques to maximize their strengths and strengthen areas in need of improvement. Applying a holistic approach to counseling is an aspect of our practice that includes exploring the various dimensions of the whole “self”. As clients identify treatment goals and objectives, we examine how one’s relationships, values, core beliefs, thoughts, feelings, choices, and actions play a role in constructing their most desirable lifestyle. We may also explore how past difficult and painful experiences affect how we perceive, approach, and manage current life challenges. This is the process of resetting and reviving your “healthy self”, paving the way to a more balanced, fulfilling and enjoyable life. At Viva You!, we believe this change will open new doors and foster healthier, more meaningful relationships in the lives of our clients. We are eager to hear your story and help you pave the path to a healthier you!
