Our practice is proud to serve active-duty military members, Veterans, and their families. With an understanding of the distinct experiences that come with military service, we offer confidential and compassionate care designed to support mental health, strengthen relationships, and foster personal growth through every stage of service and transition. As someone who comes from a long line of service members—including my husband who served 22 years and four sons who have all served across three military branches—I have a deep respect and personal/professional experience for the dedication, sacrifice, and resilience of military life. It’s an honor to walk alongside those who serve and their loved ones. I also work with individuals and their family members who are navigating the challenges of addiction, including pornography, alcohol and other substances, gambling, and nicotine. My approach is nonjudgmental and solution-focused, helping clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create lasting change rooted in personal values and self-respect. For clients who wish to incorporate their spiritual beliefs into the counseling process, I offer faith-inclusive counseling as an option. This allows us to integrate your values, faith, and personal beliefs into the healing journey in a way that feels authentic and supportive.
