Introduction

I'm a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) with over 25 years of experience helping individuals and couples work through anxiety, depression, and trauma. My practice is grounded in cognitive-behavioral therapy and a variety of other clinically-researched approaches, informed by a deep understanding of how past experiences shape present struggles. I work with adults (ages 18+)—including military veterans—and I'm particularly attuned to the complexities of minority culture, spiritual questions, anger management, and relationship dynamics. Whether you're navigating mood challenges, communication difficulties, or the lingering effects of trauma, I'm here to help you build practical skills in a safe environment and to gently encourage your way forward. I offer telehealth sessions and accept a wide range of insurance plans. I'm currently accepting new clients and would welcome the opportunity to support you on your healing journey.
