Introduction

Together, we will work on building a personalized treatment plan that directly targets your specific obsessions and compulsions. We'll start with small, manageable steps and gradually build your confidence as you learn to confront your fears and resist ritualizing. My approach is rooted in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold standard treatment for OCD, and I also integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you develop a new relationship with your thoughts and feelings. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology and am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Connecticut. I am a member of the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF) and regularly attend training and conferences to stay current with the latest research and treatment advancements.
