Introduction

I believe therapy works best when it feels like a true partnership. Two people working together, building trust, and exploring what healing can look like. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and able to talk openly about your emotional, physical, and cognitive experiences. I support individuals from diverse backgrounds and life stages, walking alongside them through their unique challenges. I’m passionate about helping people release shame, approach their pain with gentleness and grace, and build a stronger, healthier sense of who they are. My approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Strengths-Based interventions, Emotional Processing, and Exposure Therapy. Each used with an emphasis on building a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship. My goal is for the client to feel heard, understood and safe. Where clients can come and find a collaborative relationship. Where I am here to learn about what brought you in and ways in which I can be of help. Ultimately, my mission is to help individuals encounter new possibilities; things they may not yet see, believe, or imagine that lead to change.
