I became a therapist because I’ve always been drawn to the conversations underneath the surface: what people are carrying, what shaped them, and what might help life feel a little more manageable. I work primarily with women, moms, and couples navigating anxiety, stress, relationship concerns, grief, life transitions, and the complicated seasons when you may not even know exactly what’s wrong. Sometimes you just know you don’t feel like yourself, something in your life or relationships isn’t working, or you need a place where you can finally say what you’ve been thinking out loud. My approach is warm, conversational, and practical. I want therapy to be a place where you feel genuinely known and supported, while also doing meaningful work that helps things change outside of our sessions. We’ll look at patterns, relationships, beliefs, and experiences that may be keeping you stuck and work together toward healthier ways of moving forward. For clients who want faith to be part of therapy, I also offer Christian counseling and can thoughtfully integrate your beliefs into our work. You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out. That’s part of what the space is for.
