I believe therapy works best when it's warm, collaborative, and deeply attuned to who you are. As a Ph.D. clinician, I work with individuals across the lifespan—from young adults navigating early adulthood through elders facing life's later chapters—to address anxiety, depression, trauma, and major transitions. I have specialized training in perinatal mental health, including prenatal and postpartum depression and anxiety, and bring a compassion-focused approach to all of my work. My therapeutic style integrates behavioral strategies, person-centered presence, and psychoanalytic insight, tailored to what resonates with you. I'm currently accepting new clients and offer both telehealth and in-person sessions. I accept Aetna insurance. Whether you're processing a difficult life event, managing persistent worry, or seeking support during a vulnerable time, I'm here to meet you with genuine care and help you move toward healing.
