Introduction

My passion for relationship therapy and sex therapy developed over many years of learning about relational dynamics and sexuality. I am currently working toward my AASECT Sex Therapy Certification. When working with couples and other relationship structures I trend toward an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy approach coupled with attachment theory and non-violent communication. I am a directive therapist but I also value collaboration and therapeutic alliance above almost anything else.
