Introduction

I'm a marriage and family therapist who believes that healing happens in relationship—with others and with ourselves. I work with individuals, teens, young adults, and families navigating some of life's most challenging moments: anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, parenting struggles, and family conflict. I'm also trained to support those experiencing suicidal ideation, ADHD, and PTSD. My approach is collaborative and strengths-based, drawing on Family Systems theory, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-focused techniques. Rather than pathologizing what you're going through, I meet you where you are with warmth and genuine curiosity about your story. Whether you're working through individual struggles or family dynamics, I'm here to help you build resilience and reconnect with what matters most. I offer telehealth sessions and am currently accepting new clients. Let's work together.
