While it’s hard these days to create quiet spaces in which we can process the complicated thoughts and feelings we’re experiencing daily, therapy can in fact be that space for you. I meet with individuals all across Massachusetts to support them as the work to understand what it means to be neurodivergent, how to reconcile with chronic health conditions, or to address life changes such as transitioning to college, changing careers or moving into different life stages. My therapeutic perspective is shaped by my training in holistic, compassion-focused and trauma-informed interventions. In our therapeutic partnership, we work together to set and pursue the goals that you hope to achieve.
