Relationships can become difficult even when two people still love and care deeply for each other. I work with couples who find themselves caught in the same arguments, misunderstandings, or patterns, leaving both partners feeling hurt, disconnected, or alone. Over time, it can become difficult to know how to break out of these patterns and find your way back to one another. I bring more than 10 years of experience working in the mental health field. My background includes residential treatment, crisis response alongside first responders, and work in private practice. I also have specialized training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and training in perinatal mental health. I support couples navigating challenges such as infertility, rebuilding trust, feeling more like roommates than partners, and carrying years of unresolved conflict or disconnection. Rather than focusing only on communication skills, I help couples slow down and better understand the emotions, needs, and patterns that shape their relationship. Together, we work toward creating greater safety, understanding, and connection so both partners can feel heard, valued, and more secure in their relationship.
