Wesley works closely with people navigating grief and loss—whether that’s the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, a shift in career direction, or changes in physical health due to chronic pain, illness, or terminal conditions. He supports clients through major life transitions, including sobriety, reentry into the community after incarceration, relocation, education, existential questions, and gender or sexuality transitions. Wesley also enjoys working with couples at all stages—dating, married, separated, divorced, or figuring it out along the way. Polyamorous and LGBTQ+ relationships are happily welcomed. Wesley is a licensed professional counselor with experience working with individuals in various clinical settings dealing with crisis and trauma. Wesley emphasizes safety, balance, awareness, and presence in his approach while utilizing mindfulness, somatic, narrative, and neuroscience informed interventions. Wesley recognizes that often the hardest part about going to counseling is making it through the doors to the first session. The space you enter is shared, and he strives for it to be both inviting and authentic.
