Many men and boys never get a space where they can be honest about what's actually going on. I work with males 13 and older who are dealing with anxiety, depression, anger, relationship struggles, life transitions, or questions of identity. My approach is relational, direct, and judgment-free. My work, training, and experience have led me to understand how boys and men think and communicate, and I'm not going to make you feel like you have to translate yourself to be understood. I'm also happy to work with parents, caregivers, and families navigating these challenges alongside their son. Therapy with me is a real conversation, not a lecture or you learning a bunch of skills. My work centers on building your self-awareness — because when you understand what's driving you, you have a choice. And when you have a choice, you have freedom. I'll engage with you directly and honestly, without judgment, so we can get to what actually matters and start changing it. You don't need the right words or a clear sense of what's wrong to reach out. A lot of men wait until things are really bad before asking for help — you don't have to. If something here resonated, that's enough. Whether you're seeking help for yourself or your son, send me a message and let's talk about whether we'd be a good fit.
