Introduction

Hi, I’m Whitney! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Missouri. I earned my Master of Social Work degree in 2020 but have been working in mental health in various settings since 2015. I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can finally take a breath, feel understood, and be fully yourself. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, difficult family dynamics, trauma, and the lasting impact of attachment wounds. My approach is warm, collaborative, and relational. I have been given the feedback that I am "gentle but direct." I’m especially interested in helping people understand the patterns they’ve developed throughout their lives and how those patterns can show up in relationships, emotions, and the way they see themselves. Together, we’ll work toward understanding where those patterns come from while building new, healthier ways of relating to yourself and others. I know that reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, and you don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe enough to be honest, curious enough to explore, and supported as you make meaningful changes.
