Introduction

I specialize in walking alongside women who feel pulled in a thousand directions—navigating motherhood, careers, relationships, and their own wellbeing. Many of the women I work with are high-achievers who suddenly find themselves burned out, anxious, or overwhelmed, wondering how to keep everything together. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Perinatal Mental Health-Certified (PMH-C) clinician. My background includes advanced training in Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, Advanced Sandtray Therapy, and trauma-informed care. These approaches allow me to help clients not just “talk through” stress, but truly release it from the body, build resilience, and restore balance. In our work together, my priority is creating a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported. I believe therapy is about more than problem-solving—it’s about reconnecting with yourself, healing old wounds, and learning new ways to live with clarity and strength. I collaborate closely with my colleague, Breanna Gronli, to walk alongside families in their healing. Together, we strive to nurture the whole family system, ensuring each member feels supported, valued, and understood in their individual journey. Sometimes, my Golden Doodle, Willow, joins us in session. Her calming presence often helps clients relax into the process. At the heart of my work is a simple belief: therapy can be the place where you remember you don’t have to carry it all alone—and where you begin to reclaim your life.
