Working with me in therapy is a collaborative, reflective, and dynamic process. My therapeutic approach is founded on principles of Gestalt Therapy, Liberation Psychology, and Existential Humanism. Clients are the experts of their lives, while my role as therapist is to facilitate exploration of the self, be fully present with the multi-faceted ground of you life, and to challenge patterns and beliefs that may no longer be helpful to you.
