Introduction

Starting therapy can feel intimidating. You might be wondering if you'll know what to say or if you'll find someone who truly understands you. Feeling seen and understood is at the heart of how I approach therapy. My hope is that you leave our first session feeling a little lighter than when you walked in. Not because everything has been solved, but because you've had the chance to be heard and can begin to feel hopeful about what's ahead. I especially enjoy working with young adults, while also supporting teens and adults through life's challenges, including anxiety, trauma and everyday stress. My approach is person-centered and relational, meaning I take time to understand you before choosing tools that fit. Therapy with me is active and human! We’ll talk, reflect and sometimes laugh. I use EMDR, CBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy to support anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and everyday stress in a way that fits your goals. Finding the right therapist is an important decision and it’s okay to have questions before starting. I offer a free 10-minute consultation so we can talk about what you’re looking for, answer your questions and see if it feels like a good fit. No pressure, just a chance to connect.
