Introduction

Hi, I’m Whitney Jennings, a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) dedicated to providing compassionate, accessible therapy for individuals, couples, and college students. I started my practice out of a deep desire to make high-quality mental health care more affordable and easier to access—especially for students and young adults who often struggle to find support that fits both their schedule and their budget. My work is rooted in helping clients navigate anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and the stress that comes with balancing academics, work, and personal life. I also offer couples counseling and draw from Prepare/Enrich to help partners improve communication, rebuild connection, and strengthen their relationship in meaningful ways. In therapy, my approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in practical strategies you can use right away. I believe in creating a safe, judgment-free space where you can explore what’s holding you back, build resilience, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, navigating a tough season, or seeking personal growth, I’m here to support you with empathy, clarity, and evidence-based tools that make a real difference. Let’s work together to help you feel more grounded, confident, and supported in your journey.
