Introduction

I am a queer clinician who's mission is to create an inclusive, supportive space that embraces diversity and honors each person’s story. Through somatic and cognitive approaches, I help clients build resilience, restore balance, and move toward a more fulfilling life. I work primarily with neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+ adults and teens who want to work through anxiety, depression, and trauma, or improve their ability to manage the stress of life by utilizing somatic interventions. I take a solutions focused approach integrating goals and resources to create change. I am a Somatic, EMDR based clinician who believes in developing a unique treatment plan to work through the goals you set. I have over a decade of experience and I have worked with individuals on the spectrum through a neuropositive lens and work through anxiety, depression, trauma, social- anxiety, self-esteem building, and LGBTQIA concerns. My goal is to offer a safe space to work through the life experiences that weigh heavily on your heart and to create a space where each person can find their own truths. I am committed to empowering clients to live authentically and wholeheartedly by integrating evidence-based therapy with holistic approaches that honor the mind-body connection.
