I’m a therapist and clinician working with adults who are navigating stress, life transitions, and patterns that no longer feel sustainable. I came to this work through a longstanding interest in how people make sense of their experiences—especially the quieter, internal ones that don’t always have language right away. My approach is collaborative and direct. I work with clients to understand how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors connect, and to build awareness that leads to meaningful, realistic change. I’m particularly attuned to clients who are used to functioning well on the outside while carrying a lot internally, as well as those working through relationship dynamics, identity shifts, or burnout. In our work, I aim to offer a steady, thoughtful space where you can be honest without feeling managed or rushed. The goal isn’t to “fix” you, but to help you understand yourself more clearly and make choices that feel more aligned with how you actually want to live.
