Introduction

We’re a group of therapists who are passionate about trauma recovery and experiential therapy—helping you experience change, not just understand it. Our clinicians are trained in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy and specialize in working with PTSD and OCD, offering a safe, cozy space to explore the places that have felt too scary or overwhelming to approach alone. Our work is body-based and grounded in evidence-informed approaches. Depending on your needs, we may draw from Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, the Hakomi Method, and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to help create meaningful, lasting change.
