Introduction

Overwhelm and uncertainty about which step to take can be exhausting. Trauma, depression, anxiety, substance use, relationships and life transitions carry a heavy weight. We might feel low energy, overthinking, sleepless, and stuck repeating unhelpful patterns. Getting in your own way, despite wanting to break free of everything holding you back. I specialize working with substance use, trauma survivors and highly sensitive individuals. Providing a safe, collaborate and non-judgmental space to process and unburden yourself from the weight you’ve been carrying. My approach uses a trauma-informed foundation to address the connected relationship of our mind and body. CBT and REBT to challenge your internal critic and rewrite internalized beliefs. Somatic mindfulness interventions allow calming to your nervous system and stress management. These evidence based practices focused to support your unique needs. Overcoming the barriers keeping you stuck, processing wounds from the past, it's important to you trust this path to guide you forward. I'm honored to provide support to those on their journey towards healing and change. If my approach resonates with you, reach out today.
