Introduction

While life's struggles are inevitable, you don't have to walk the journey alone. I enjoy working with people from all walks of life struggling with issues such as depression, anxiety, self-worth, and co-dependency, and I have a particular passion for joining with clients through the difficulties of addiction. I trust that a successful relationship between counselor and client is based on mutual trust and respect. I believe that optimal wellness is achieved by caring for the whole person; mental, emotional and physical. I collaborate with other mental health and medical professionals to help meet the needs of my clients. I received my Master of Social Work degree from East Carolina University. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist with vast experience providing counseling to adolescents and adults in both individual and group settings. I have experience in residential, inpatient and outpatient environments. Your journey toward healing may feel daunting, but it often helps to lock arms with someone who can help carry the load a bit.
