I work primarily with neurodivergent adults and specialize in concerns such as executive functioning challenges, burnout, anxiety, and navigating a world that is not always designed with neurodivergent people in mind. I welcome clients of all identities, including all genders, sexual orientations, races, and disability statuses, and I take a neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed approach. I understand how important it is to feel accepted without having to mask or over-explain yourself, and I strive to create a space where you can show up as your authentic self. As an AuDHDer, I understand some of the unique challenges neurodivergent people can face when seeking therapy. My goal is to provide a supportive and affirming therapeutic relationship that helps you work toward your goals and create meaningful change. I take a person-centered approach, focusing on your experiences, strengths, and values while offering a nonjudgmental space for exploration and growth. I also integrate techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support greater self-understanding, flexibility, and self-compassion.
