Introduction

In one focused weekend, we do the work that normally takes months of weekly sessions—without dragging it out or breaking your budget. WHAT YOU GET FROM ME: I help individuals, couples, and families resolve complex life and relationship problems through focused, weekend-based therapy intensives. This approach allows us to accomplish more in one weekend than most people achieve in a month of traditional therapy—without unnecessary delays or long-term commitments. Weekly therapy often moves too slowly for real-life crises. When relationships are breaking down, decisions are urgent, and emotional pain is high, waiting months for progress is not an option. Intensive therapy compresses the work—so momentum is not lost, clarity comes faster, and change actually sticks. HOW IT WORKS: Extended sessions over one or two days. Clear goals set before we meet. Structured, clinically grounded interventions. Practical tools you leave with—not just insight. This is not talk therapy stretched over time. It is intentional, outcome-driven treatment. Intensives cost less than months of weekly therapy while producing faster, more durable results. You pay for progress, not prolonged appointments. WHO THIS WORKS BEST FOR: This is for people who: Are stuck despite weekly therapy. Need clarity or resolution quickly. Want focused, serious work—not casual sessions. Are ready to engage deeply for a short period of time. ABOUT ME: I am an insight-driven, trauma-informed, solution-oriented counselor focused on honest, actionable change. My approach is candid and experiential. I believe in transparency, responsibility, and taking action; helping clients move beyond thinking about change into real progress. I am a National Board Certified Counselor with EMDR Basic Training. I specialize in marriage restoration and helping people break patterns that keep them stuck emotionally and relationally. Based in Arkansas, I offer Christ-centered counseling for those who desire biblical integration and respectful, faith-neutral care for others. My goal is to help you build healthier relationships and live with clarity and purpose.
