Introduction

Strength focused, trauma informed counseling for couples, families, and individuals who are ready for honest work and real change. What I Do I help couples and individuals create lasting change through a direct, insight-driven approach that blends trauma informed care and cognitive exploration, with creative and experiential methods. My work centers on marriage renewal, relational repair, communication, identity formation, and mental/emotional resilience. For clients who desire it, I integrate a Christ centered perspective. For others, I provide faith sensitive support that honors their beliefs and values. Whether through weekly sessions or concentrated long-form intensives designed to dig deep, I work with clients who want practical tools, honest guidance, and meaningful transformation. Who I Work Best With I work most effectively with couples in crisis, couples seeking reconnection, and partners who want to strengthen their commitment. I also serve parents, families, and adults navigating trauma, identity challenges, burnout, spiritual struggles, and life transitions. My ideal clients are motivated, accountable, and willing to explore new ways of overcoming old patterns. They want to take ownership of their growth, communicate more effectively, heal from pain, and build a life and relationships that reflect their values. I also serve as a mental health professional working with children, adolescents and families in the Cabot School District in Central Arkansas. About Me as Your Clinician I am a trauma informed, insight oriented counselor who believes that meaningful change requires honesty, responsibility, and a willingness to grow. My approach is candid, creative, experiential, and grounded in the belief that strength is developed through truth and action. I maintain National Board Certification as a counselor and have completed EMDR Basic Training. I am currently working toward full EMDR Certification in order to strengthen the trauma recovery work I provide. I have a deep passion for marriage restoration, personal identity renewal, and helping people overcome the internal and relational barriers that hold them back. I have lived in Arkansas for more than five years, and I value the resilience, faith, and community spirit that define this region. For clients who desire Christian integration, I offer Christ centered guidance connecting client's with Gospel aligned inquiry and contemplation. For those who prefer a secular or faith neutral experience, I provide thoughtful and respectful care that supports their personal worldview. My goal is simple: to help you build healthier relationships, reclaim your identity, and live with clarity, strength, and purpose.
