Licensed Clinical Psychologist William Taboas PHD
Specialties: Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Social Anxiety,

Introduction

I work with clients who struggle with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), panic attacks, phobias, anxiety, depression, anger, day-to-day stress, communication difficulties, or relationship issues; clients who feel stuck but are motivated to change and open to learning evidence-based coping strategies. They seek more than symptom relief—they want a life filled with meaning, authentic connection, and personal growth. They're ready to explore what holds them back, build emotional resilience, and take actionable steps toward lasting change. Their goal is not just to feel better, but to live better—with purpose, fulfillment, and deeper relationships. I specialize in mood and anxiety disorders and use CBT, ERP, DBT, and ACT to foment meaningful change. My approach is strength-based, empathic, direct, and genuine. I help clients build skills, develop insight, face fears, and live with greater freedom and purpose—offering evidence-based tools within a supportive and authentic therapeutic setting. I know life can feel overwhelming—anxiety, doubt, and stuck patterns are disheartening. You don’t have to face it alone. Therapy with me is real, warm, and a bit irreverent where it needs to be. If you're ready to grow, laugh a little, and do the hard work, I’d be honored to join you on the journey. Reach out when you’re ready.
