Introduction

I'm a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, local to the High Country and practicing therapy via telehealth for clients located in North Carolina. I specialize in working with individual adults and teens (14+) who: ~ have experienced complex trauma in their family of origin or a broader community ~ are healing from attachment and relational wounds ~ struggle with anxiety or chronic stress I value authenticity and a shared sense of humanness, both inside and out of the therapy room. I cherish the relationships that therapy can foster and believe that this connection and trust is crucial for healing. I believe healing happens best when clients do not have to defend or explain their humanity. I offer trans- and queer-affirming care and am committed to providing a supportive, affirming space for LGBTQ+ and gender-diverse clients of all identities and experiences. My work is grounded in an awareness of how power, privilege, and systemic harm can shape nervous systems, relationships, and self-belief over time.
