She is certified in the TripleP Positive Parenting Program and brings a compassionate and strengths-based perspective to her work with parents and families. Her approach to therapy is flexible and personalized, blending techniques from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Play Therapy, Attachment Theory, Narrative Therapy and Psychodynamic work—depending on what each client needs to grow and thrive.
