Life can be hard, and we often find ourselves carrying our suffering quietly and trying to manage it on our own. I see therapy as a space where people can feel safe enough to ask for help, explore what is weighing on them, and begin to create meaningful change. Therapy is not only about reducing suffering or solving problems. It can also be an opportunity to better understand ourselves, build on our strengths, and create a life that feels more balanced, connected, and worth living. I strive to provide my clients with a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where they can feel comfortable opening up and accepting support. I believe in meeting people where they are and working collaboratively to identify goals that are meaningful to them. My role is to walk alongside my clients as they navigate challenges, develop new ways of coping, and move toward greater healing and growth. I draw from a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, tailoring treatment to each client's unique needs, experiences, and goals. My approach is collaborative and flexible, recognizing that there is no single path to healing.
