Serving PA & OH — Supporting children, teens, and adults through practical tools, deep understanding, and real change. I am a licensed therapist in Pennsylvania and Ohio with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wake Forest University and a Master of Science in Administration of Justice, with a concentration in Forensic Mental Health Treatment. I also have advanced training as a behavior specialist in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and am a PCIT (Parent-Child Interaction Therapy) trained clinician. I provide psychotherapy and behavioral services to children (ages 2+), adolescents, and adults facing a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges. It takes strength and courage to begin therapy. I honor that courage by offering a safe, nonjudgmental space where you or your child can feel heard, understood, and supported. My approach is collaborative and compassionate — together, we work to understand what’s getting in the way of growth, and begin building practical, meaningful change. I provide a safe judgement-free space where my clients can feel comfortable discussing their issues. I have found the process of developing a therapeutic relationship to be profound to facilitating growth and change. Whether you’re navigating parenting struggles, working through emotional pain, or trying to support your child’s behavior, I’m here to help.
