Most of my clients are adults dealing with sleep, pain, or metabolic health concerns that have started affecting how they function physically and emotionally. Most come with just one. Emotions, behaviors, and thought patterns add another layer: anxiety can worsen insomnia, avoidance limits physical activity, and how a person thinks about their body shapes how they manage chronic conditions. Sessions are direct and clinical: I ask targeted questions, give clear recommendations, and assign work between appointments. I also make time to listen. You know your own experience better than anyone, and what you share shapes the work. Living with disrupted sleep, chronic pain, or ongoing health concerns takes a real toll. These issues often persist not because of a lack of effort, but because of how they reinforce each other. If you have been dealing with any of this, please reach out. I would be glad to discuss whether this work is right for you. I work with sleep disorders, chronic pain, and metabolic health concerns, along with several related issues in each area. Treatment is individualized, built on behavioral medicine and cognitive-behavioral principles, and incorporates other evidence-based approaches as needed. Most clients see real improvement in how they feel and function day to day.
