Life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, and past experiences can sometimes leave us feeling overwhelmed or disconnected. I offer a warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive space where individuals, couples, and families can feel heard, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change. As a Couple and Family Therapy graduate student and clinical intern practicing under supervision, I use a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach tailored to each client’s needs. I am especially interested in supporting veterans, military families, first-generation clients, and people navigating trauma, stress, identity concerns, relationship difficulties, or major life transitions. My goal is to help you recognize your strengths, better understand the patterns influencing your life and relationships, and develop practical tools that support healing and connection. Together, we can work toward greater confidence, healthier relationships, and a future that feels more aligned with who you want to become.
