I'm a Social Work Intern at Aspire To Wellness, pursuing my Master of Social Work at NYU Silver and a Master's in Child Development at Sarah Lawrence College. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, life transitions, and identity questions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed—I believe that understanding the whole person, including their relationships, culture, and developmental experiences, is essential to meaningful healing. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and respected. I'm particularly drawn to creative expression as a therapeutic tool, especially for children and adolescents who may struggle to find words for their experiences. With bilingual fluency in Mandarin Chinese and the Shanghai dialect, plus experience supporting diverse communities, I bring a multicultural lens to my work. I offer individual, family, and group sessions via telehealth, and I'm currently accepting new clients with most major insurance plans. I'd be honored to walk alongside you as you work toward greater self-understanding, resilience, and well-being.
