Life is full of changes and uncertainty, and it’s easy to feel overwhelmed when things don’t go the way we expected. You may find yourself feeling stuck—especially when the harder you try to fix things, the more frustrated or helpless it feels. You are not alone, and certainly not broken. Often, these experiences reflect patterns shaped by our past experiences, relationships, and the expectations we’ve carried over times. In therapy, we'll work together to understand and gradually shift these patterns, reconnecting with your inner strengths and rebuilding confidence in navigating life’s ups and downs. I work with adults and couples using an empathetic, process-oriented, and trauma-informed approach grounded in Relational Cultural Theory. I bring a multicultural and neurodiversity-affirming perspective, with experience supporting concerns related to relationships/relational trauma, ADHD, eating/body image concerns, and adjustment/acculturation issues. As a first-generation Asian immigrant and a late-diagnosed woman with ADHD, I bring a lived understanding of how our experiences are shaped by both who we are and the environments we’re in. Therefore I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel understood and move forward with greater clarity and steadiness.
