Introduction

Take a breath and connect with the part of you that is reaching out for a new kind of support in your life - open to healing and growing. I partner with this powerful impulse inside of you to create the safety for the scared and hurting parts to get care and guidance. I support you to develop and better your relationship with yourself and your unique life on this earth. Are you tired of talking about the same issues week after week without feeling real change? Traditional therapy has its place, but sometimes you need something more powerful. I specialize in intensive therapy - concentrated sessions that allow for deeper processing and accelerated healing. Using body-based approaches like Brainspotting, Somatic Therapy, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), I help clients move through trauma and stuck patterns that talk therapy alone can’t reach. **What Makes Intensive Therapy Different:** Intensive sessions are 3-hour deep-dive experiences where we can stay with the work without the interruption of a 50-minute clock. This format allows your nervous system to fully process and integrate healing in ways that fragmented weekly sessions often can’t achieve. Many clients describe one intensive as accomplishing what months of traditional therapy couldn’t. **My Approach:** I’m trained in Brainspotting, a powerful brain-body approach that accesses the subcortical brain where trauma is stored. Combined with somatic (body-based) techniques, we work with your nervous system directly - not just your thoughts about your experience. For clients seeking even deeper exploration, I offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy. KAP creates expanded states of consciousness that can unlock profound insights and healing, especially for treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, and complex trauma. **Who I Work With:** - People who feel stuck despite previous therapy - Those dealing with trauma, PTSD, or developmental wounds - High-achievers and perfectionists who want accelerated progress - Anyone ready to go deeper than traditional talk therapy - Individuals seeking transformation, not just symptom management **How We Work Together:** We begin with an initial 50-minute session where I’ll learn about your history, assess your needs, and determine if intensive work is right for you. From there, we might schedule intensive sessions, ongoing weekly support, or a combination based on what serves your healing best. I also work with clients who prefer traditional weekly therapy. All sessions are conducted via secure telehealth, allowing you to do deep work from the comfort and safety of your own space. If you’re ready for a different kind of therapy - one that honors the depth of your experience and your readiness for change - I’d love to work with you. **Intensive Therapy Sessions** I offer 3-hour intensive therapy sessions for clients seeking accelerated healing. These extended sessions provide the time needed for deep processing using Brainspotting, somatic approaches, and expanded-state work. Intensives are particularly effective for trauma processing, breaking through stuck patterns, and accessing layers of healing that shorter sessions can’t reach. **Brainspotting** Brainspotting is a brain-body approach that identifies and processes trauma stored in the subcortical brain. By working with your visual field and body sensations, we can access and heal material that talk therapy often misses. It’s particularly powerful for trauma, anxiety, performance blocks, and physical symptoms with emotional roots. **Somatic Therapy** Trauma lives in the body, not just the mind. Through somatic approaches, we work directly with your nervous system to release stored trauma, restore regulation, and help you feel safe in your body again. This is body-based healing that goes beyond insight. **Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)** For eligible clients, I offer KAP - a therapeutic approach that uses prescribed ketamine to create expanded states of consciousness. KAP can be profoundly healing for treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, complex trauma, and existential concerns. It allows access to deeper layers of healing and new perspectives that traditional therapy may not provide. **Traditional Weekly Therapy** I also offer ongoing weekly 50-minute sessions for clients who prefer consistent support or aren’t ready for intensive work. These sessions incorporate the same trauma-informed, body-based approaches in a traditional therapy format.
