Life can feel overwhelming when you are carrying anxiety, relationship stress, grief, trauma, family responsibilities, or major changes all at once. You may look like you are managing everything on the outside while privately feeling exhausted, stuck, disconnected, or unsure of what to do next. Therapy can give you a space to sort through what you are experiencing, understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and begin making meaningful changes. I’m Yori, a Licensed Professional Counselor with extensive experience helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, grief, life transitions, family concerns, and workplace stress. I have a particular interest in helping clients recover from unhealthy or emotionally difficult relationships, including patterns involving narcissistic behaviors, emotional abuse, betrayal, boundary violations, and loss of trust. My approach to therapy is active, supportive, and practical. I do more than listen; I help you identify patterns, challenge thoughts that may contribute to emotional distress, develop healthier coping strategies, strengthen boundaries, and make decisions that align with the life you want to create. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), along with mindfulness, trauma-informed interventions, solution-focused strategies, and other approaches based on your individual needs.
