Introduction

In hard times, it can be difficult to go through it alone. Maybe you have done therapy before, but struggles continued and nothing really shifted. One of the important goals of therapy is to reconnect with your body where emotion resides. By making the connection between your body and feelings, you would connect to the resources from the deep unconscious. We explore your emotions through symbolic work including Jungian sandplay therapy, expressive art work, and dreams. I will facilitate your individuation process. Psychotherapy is collaborative. Once a safe environment is provided, people find strength to realize their possibilities and discover their own solutions. My therapy is meant to activate your capacity for healing from within. I walk with you on the journey to help you be patient and honest with yourself, share your deeper thoughts and move towards a more satisfying and balanced life.
